Quick Maintenance Color Codes
Green - means the RO is less than 20 minutes old
Yellow - means the RO is less 30 but more than 20 minutes old
Red - means the RO is 30 minutes or more old
Blinking Green. - means there has been 1 or more
extensions added and the time allowed is greater
than 10 minutes before expiring
Blinking Yellow - means there has been 1 or more
extensions added AND the time allowed is greater
than 1 minute but less than 10 minutes
Blinking Red - means there has been 1 or more
extensions added AND the time allowed has completely expired
Loaner Car Color Codes
Green - means the car is not due back for 2 or more days
Yellow - means the car is not due back for 1 day
Red - means the car is either due today or already due.
