To add loaner car

Click the "Loaner Car" menu option in the top portion of the screen. Enter an RO number (this can be the same as the quick maintenance RO number, but it doesn't have to be). Choose the service writer responsible for tracking this loaner car from the drop-down menu. Choose the number of days the loaner is expected to be out. Click the Submit button. Choosing the "Ignore and Return to Normal" link will return your top menu to normal condition and ready to enter a new RO number.
